RRS TDV8 vibration

Hi my TDV8 has developed a slight vibration when going up hill. I had the gearbox flushed at the last service after reading about gearbox issues. Could the torque converter be on its way out? Gearbox is smooth changing up and down gears.

Car has done 79000 miles now but yesterday EPB failed managed to get it off and get it home. I'm not sure if that could have been the cause of the vibration. Booked into garage next week will report back with results wish me luck!!
