This is what the hotel site says:

Quote:
Please beaware car parking facilities available adjacent to the Hotel.THe car park is operated by an external car parking company.

One of you lot that's staying there should ring to confirm really (and for those of us who are meant to be meeting you there on the morning).

Guys, just spoke to the hotel.
Quote: "Parking is free overnight, between 6pm - 9.00am, just park up and check into the hotel. You will need to pay and display on tuesday when you leave you're cars there. The car park is the excel car park pay and display across the road from the hotel."

I asked if it is likely to be very busy because of the motorshow, she said, "well it is during the day but if you arrive around 6-7pm it should be ok, and you will have a head start on the morning rush."

So guess we will have to just turn up and judge the situation then..

Am getting concerned about parking, when I phoned Excel they said about £13.00 for the day, if spaces are avalible. Have just read this from the motor show web site.

Parking

Parking on site is by way of Park and Ride. We have approximately 11,000 satellite spaces where you can leave your car for only £5 and be transported directly to the venue. We also have disabled parking facilities available near to the venue.

VA as your the head of the convoy, and don't like paying Ken, I hope you have an idea.

Parking will not be cheap! If Shmoogle & Misery are worried you could always leave your cars at my place and I'll drive you guys in. Option 2 is simply find a carpark and get a taxi!
