As Peachy say's you do need to remove the spoiler, however you do not need to remove the black plastic underneath part of the spoiler you can get your hand inside to reach the camera. The camera it's self is clipped in to a holder which in turn is clipped into the spoiler, occasionally the plastic clip parts of the holder can be a pain to release and break, it might be worth buying a spare holder to be on the safe side rather than have it break and wait until you can get one to put the car back together.
