Royal Mail Madness

I have received the new weights and sizes document and pricings from Royal Mail! Are they mad? This is going to cause utter confusion and basically lead to Royal Mail losing £millions!

Basicall they sent me a cardboard tenplate with 2 holes in it. If a leeter can fit through the smaller hole the price is a. and if it fits through the larger hole the price is b. If however it doesn't fit through either hole the letter is a packet and another price!
