2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey
HSE Spec - no wood

The 4.4 HSE I drove at the LRE yesterday was on a UK '05' plate but had no wood on the interior whatsover. The centre tunnel trim was Rhodium but the door panels were trimmed with black leather look plastic with the LR logo stamped into it rather than a badge stuck onto it............ anybody else have this on their car or could it be that both the Sports at Dunkeld were pre-production vehicles?

I also noted that the black door trims were quite badly marked by what looked like rain drops from where a door had been left open on a wet day, it was quite noticable light coloured drips type staining.

My own car has the Ivory interior trim and Cherry and I have only got some tea stains to get off from last weeks holiday when we had a brew and I splashed some onto the passenger side. Anybody have any idea what to use as a cleaner? Have tried a damp cloth and removed most of it but don't want to try anything stronger incase it does damage....... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

On the supercharged - me and RRUK have black interior with rhodium ( standard ) and the door trim is as you describe.
Here is a pic from RRUK's gallery

It seems the Rhodium trim is a much better fit in the dark leathers - in the lighter leathers the wood trim does look better I think. I can understand the ebony/cherry combo being a bit overbearing - very merchant bank boardroom!

Here in the US, this trim selection is only available on HSE interiors that don't get the LUX package. I tried to purchase the black peices to replace the wood only to find out that it is a different door panel altogether, around $900 a peice.

The LRE's HSE was silver with an all black interior except the headlining which was cream/white, far too oppressive for my liking. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Sounds like mine, complete black interior except the headlining.

My last 2 BMW's were FULL black interior, and one of them was a black car! I resisted the privacy glass on that one. L319 D4 HSE
