Anyone had the side deployable steps added and have some sort of manual?
My car was second hand and steps have stopped working , not sure if a fault or I have pressed the wrong button

I have the deployable steps on mine, and there is a way of turning them off,
To turn off,
Press and hold the function switch ( the one under the tailgate switch)
Press the start/stop button to switch the ignition on.
The button indicator will flash 2 times to indicate the DSS is switched off.
To turn back on is a repeat of the procedure above only this time the button indicator will flash 3 times.
If nowt happens then it looks like a dealer visit is on the cards.

Resetting worked a treat but now they (the steps!) work for about 10-15 times and then decide to stop working
Only a reset gets them going again until the next time they decide to stop!
Anyone else having this problem?
Booked into dealer next week but you know what they are like with intermittent faults.....

Sorry, can't help any more on that one, mine have given me no problems at all. If it does it that often, at least the dealer should see the problem so can't fob you off.
