[For Sale] GAP EAS Control Lowering Tool

Have this but no longer any use to me, obviously locked to my VIN Number but I believe you can buy a new code to unlock it and use on another vehicle. Cost me £186.00 when I bought it not sure what it's worth or how much a new code is.

looking for, I don't know say £50.00 inc. delivery or or make me a sensible offer.

This is not the BT version and is only suitable for 2005-2009 models.

Cheers
Col

If you go to the GAP website this will explain it all better than I can.

Andy

The only reason I lowered the car slightly is because I felt It looked better visually and made the wheels/tyres fill the wheel arch better although I do run 275/45 x 20 tyres which also fill them as well. As regards to handling, tyre wear etc. I really can't say I noticed any difference.

Just thought I'd mention here; This is not just a lowering tool (or raising), it allows correct calibration of the suspension system. You can save 3 preset heights and it can also provide suspension fault codes. Thumbs Up

If someone is able to confirm 100% that it can be transferred to another vin number and how much that would cost ie closer to 20 quid not 100 quid lol then I would take it at your asking price.

It can be changed and, I would think, would be £25 as per the IID. Certainly wouldn't expect it to cost more as it does less. Wink Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Looks like Island 4x4 charge £42.00 + vat. Could be cheaper elsewhere but that's where it came from originally and they were cheapest to buy. Also got my IIDTool BT from them as they were best price around.

Col, that's correct for an additional vehicle but GAP offer a transfer which will be even less. Smile Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
