Hi everybody just got the rrs.. Bit of a query about it. Some advise would be greatly appreciated as I can go back to the dealer with it....
At about 2200revs the engine gets very loud, I'm saying loud but it's more like a vibrating?? past this it's fine and under this it's fine, seems to be in the higher gears!!!
It's a hard noise to discribe but like a vacume cleaner, growning!!!!!

When you say intacooler, do you mean a pipe or it's worn or ??
Only just got it this weekend so don't know much about it yet??

Hi Dazler, Mine does the same people say its the inter cooler our turbo hose, But when i spoke to a ex landrover mechanic he said you would know it was that because smoke would be coming out of the exhaust and a message would come up on the dash, i dont have any of these Does yours smoke ?

No smoke and runs sweet with plenty of power.. I take it you not found the fault yet then??

No i have had people sit in the car and listen and they say they cant hear anything wrong, No loss of power for me either but there is defiantly a noise there that wasn't when i got it..

I've only had this 2 days and are not happy with the noise, gonna get it checked by Land Rover if needed as I want it sorted by the dealer... Will keep you posted on what I find...

No it's booked in on Wednesday for belts and suspension bushes,, he's gonna have a look then. So hopefully might have an answer?!
