Mine does it too - it's usually the OSF that drops down with a bit a whooshing sound. Freaked me out at first but now I know it's just compensating for being 16 stone lighter on that corner when I get out |

Remembering from past topics on here you should have a play with putting the suspension into 'off road' height and seeing if you get any errors such as 'car rising slowly' or something similar.

Yep I would say it's a sensor that's gone wrong, book it in with a good mechanic who has the proper software to run it and diagnose the fault. |

I'm pretty sure I've read that if you park up and disconnect the battery (or pull the appropriate fuses) and the car still lowers then you have a leak... However if it no longer drops then you have a sensor/electronic problem that causes the car to erroneously adjust the height to keep the car 'level'. |

Reverse onto your drive and see if the rear still lowers? 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)
