Been looking at RRS's and have come across one i"m keen on.

The car was on a private late and the owner has just removed it. I have both the private reg as well as the original but neither show up on any vehicle check sites.

Is his normal if the plate has just been changed or should I be wary?

Have checked GOV.UK re road tax and again neither the private plate nor the original plate can find the car?

Haven't seen paperwork yet so cannot quote V5C number, but wanted to get background checks down before viewing the car

try a WBAC search to get a price for the car and see if that brings the details for the correct car

if not may be worth waiting and get the V5 number and mot doc number to check them
