United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HST Java Black
I just couldn't resist...

Against my better judgement, I bought a Jaguar XF 3.0 S Portfolio over a month ago, I knew it obviously wasn't practical for a family of five plus boxer dog but bought it any way because I've always fancied one. Anyway...

The bloke who bought my TDV8 HST rang up out of the blue and, having said he'd give me first refusal, offered me it back and I just couldn't resist so agreed a deal! Just got to sell the XF now, just had the big service done at Jaguar a fortnight ago too... I'll stick an advert on the forum just in case it's of any interest to members.

Here's a photo of my HST:

The XF is a great car, the twin-turbo engine is fantastic; linear power with great economy.

Just not practical enough (which I knew deep down) for my needs.

Picked it up yesterday, didn't realise how much I'd missed owning a RR Sport!

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I've been driving Evoques for the last 3.5 years and the first thing that passengers comment on after asking why I have yet another new car is "it's so good to see over the hedgerows again, you can see so much out of a proper Range Rover that I couldn't see out of the last two you had!" 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

The Mercedes ML I owned before the XF sat a lot lower than the Sport so it has been quite a while since I could see over hedgerows too! Very Happy

Had different business appointments to attend to on Thursday and covered a very relaxing 350 miles in the RRS and averaged 29mpg.

What a vehicle... Very Happy

Thanks, I love the Overfinch 'Tiger' alloys, I've had them on three different Land a Rovers now...
