Edd , not sure they don't think it will be that much longer but I'm in no great rush , I did mention the new baby's due in August so I would be nice to have a car the whole family can fit in , they thought it should be fine . The changes will filter through quite quickly. |

I just spoke to my dealer and he's saying that they are looking at starting MY16 production on the 22nd June. My car is due for build 15th May apparently and its closed for spec changes. So mine will be a MY15.5. |

Just for fun I specked an AB in Carpathian grey (that's a cool name I think) with black roof and black/cirrus interior and style 504 22s. I think it looks great! Better start saving! HSE Black - Orkney Grey, ivory leather, privacy glass, tow bar. GBNF - Discover 4 XS Nara Bronze (11); Discovery 3 HSE, Zermatt Silver (57); Discovery 3 HSE, Buckingham Blue (55); Volvo V70 Titanium SE (53); Audi A4 1.9 TDI SE, Denim Blue (02); Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6, Black (99-V); VW Corrado VR6, Red (92-K); Toyota MR2, Racing Green (94-M); Nissan Sunny GTI, Red (92-K); Mk1 Toyota MR2 T-bar, Red (89-G); Citroen AX GT, Red (87-E); Talbot Horizon, Snot Green (83-A, I think). |

Your dealer received all the info about the changes to the specs for 2016 MY mid week before the website changed - it shouldn't be a surprise for them so suspect your salesman isn't keeping himself up to date. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

16th of Feb. Dealer is expecting we will see it earlier than the originally quoted 16th of June though and I hope he's right if its locked for changes already |

I would imagine that most dealers are getting a few calls over this right now. Mine would not let me delay the car as it would mean cancelling and reordering and they would be stuck with this car, we already had to reorder once when the build date came forward a month! and the spec was locked in before I had a chance finalise it. |

I have changed mine twice, HSE to AB and swapped roof rails for a tow bar. That was weeks ago so will call them on Tuesday and see where we are. Would be nice if LR started adding bits from the newer spec for all like Incontrol apps and wifi. Will improve them if more use them especially the apps.

I know how you feel it seems like a long old wait. I would have chosen an ebony/ebony interior given the choice but the ebony/lunar is not exactly awful is it.

I have apps on mine but no WiFi. i have an EE wireless dongle/hotspot that we chuck in the evoque if needed so that will suffice in the sport too. |
