Does anybody know the procedure to get a second key for the Range Rover Sport 2.7TDV6 of 2005 and what would it cost?

I "think" you can program a new key with the IIDTool.

yes, you can use the IID tool if you have one.

For a pre facelift RRS, you need a new key from LR that has not been coded before.

about £140 from a dealer plus the extra expense of getting them to programme it, takes forever or so they say, so anywhere upto £250 is not uncommon, a good indie can get you the key for around £120 plus programming, however a good indie can programme the keys in under 10 minutes and if you use him a lot, he shouldnt charge you, mine didnt 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater )))
