TBH, with a car like a RRS, I think you may have to expect some time-wasters. Many people will be having doubts about buying one given that perhaps most that are new to the LR world expect them to be unreliable. You just have to treat nothing as final until the money is in your hands. The best you can do is answer all their questions and stick with it, remembering that you'll get more money for your efforts. WBAC do have a place but they do seem to want to bend you over with their offers - some of their quotes in the past have been beyond laughable. I know that there is always a choice in whether to accept or not but even so |

I had a smile reading your post Ziglo, I've been on both sides of the fence and can share my views from the buyers perspective: Buyers looking at a used RRS approach it with fear and excitement- the horror stories are one too many and for the money you want to be absolutely sure it's not a lemon. So do expect some tyre kickers but you will know when a buyer has connected with your car and is serious- you just can't hide the excitement and relief at finding 'the one'. So be patient mate...if a potential buyer isn't excited and engaged he/she won't be calling back to buy. Goodluck with the sale. |
