I agree totally too. So looking at changing mine to AB. Seems much more sensible! I didn't want to get jealous of those painted sills. And I really want to play with the radar cruise control Very Happy

I think we all understand that options count for next to nothing when it comes to resale and I think it's much better to have a higher spec model with limited options than a basic spec model optioned up to the eyeballs. The valuation takes the model variant into account but not the additional options you've added.

That to me says that the AB is the better bet... Mark

So I now have confirmation from the dealer that the GFV after 4 years for the AB specced at £80K will be £40,644 vs £34,000 for the HSE Dynamic. That means my monthly payments will be pretty much the same for either car Smile

On this basis, why doesn't everyone financing via PCP buy the Autobiography?

I did! Changed mine and it cost £40 a month more. Seems a good deal for the extra toys and colour coding. And the badge of course!

For me the monthly payments went up from £950 to £1050 for the AB which was a step to far, thats enough reason to stick with my hse dynamic. On order expected October 16 macan turbo

Not worrying about the money side of things , just looks I have stuck with the hse dynamic , the 5 normal seats match the 2 in the boot and I didn't like the grey steering wheel on the ab black interior .

I had the same situation, decided to go for the AB, ylong white, park heat, p glass, black roof, spare wheel, grand black, boot tray. Hopefully ready in June. When going through the broucher there was a lot more on the AB than the obvious.
Current have a HSE 2010 been a great car last 5 years but always regretted not go for the AB.
