Rear Cluster Condensation

Has anyone suffered this? I was at Ikea last weekend and noticed it on the inside of the cluster, warranty claim or normal for the RRS2?

There is a note out from Land Rover North America for 2010-2013 RSSs. Perhaps it's the same issue.
