hi guys ive just forced my gear stick back due to a box in the way and must of forced it now i have a fault code f come up with something else about the parking brake has anyone had this happen and whats the fix thanks any help would be great

Pull the gearstick off and make sure all connections (plugs) are all plugged in. Remove battery lead and try again. I've had this fault when changing my gearstick surround done the above and been ok since.
