thinking of coming back to rrs

so i had an 05 tdv6 and was very disapointed, loved the car hated the performance and the bills,
however most of what i had to do on it, bushes/brakes etc could of been prevented by not buying that one had i known how to check as i do now, also the power was well flat.
so i went rrs to ml63, now while the power is amazing 510bhp, the fuel range is hopeless.
anyway looking around im thinking of maybe comming back to an rrs but i would say a 10/61/11 plate tdv8, would this be a good choice? probly milage wise around 80k

thanks

Yeah, you'd think that wouldn't you but I have the paperwork to prove otherwise... Whistle

In reply to the OP, if you can get the SDV6 then that's the one to go for. Nearly the same grunt as the TDV8 and a more mature engine in terms of known issues etc. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I've had mine for a year now and would buy another. I've the old shape but would like a 11 soon. I love love love the engine. It's a fab v8 and I picked this one as it already blew the two turbos. So I'm guessing there is a lot of road in it to it happens again. It's a great machine. My only troubles with it was bushes. Putting 22s on it next week which I'm excited about.
