England 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
Judder

Hello all this is my 1st post. I've just bought a RRS 2.7TD HSE 2006 with 113k miles on, private sale. I have now noticed a judder when accelerating up hill, it's ever so slight feels like the wheels are spinning and lasts a few seconds then goes. I've read some post about this problem and a mega flush seems to be a starting point, does anybody know anywhere in Cumbria that can do this job. Thanks.

As you have found out, a full flush is needed (ASAP) for there to be any chance of saving the torque converter. Be aware that it could be too late though. Sad

Disco_Mikey does venture your way but I suspect you may be too late for this: http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic38771.html

Good luck with it. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Make another post and you should be able to. Thumbs Up

Geoff might be another option if there's space left (think it may well be full though):

Hi, just to say I had the same issue. Had the flush done by Disco_Mikey and now all is lovely and smooth with the gearbox. No more juddering and all changes lovely and smooth. If you can't get DM to do due to location I would defo get someone else asap, fingers crossed it should be fine. 2017 Range Rover Sport HSE

You're thinking of Flack. To my knowledge, he doesn't have his own machine. He often works with Geoff who brings his machine up with him. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
