Can anyone tell me what PTI this is?

I have a (Bodsy updated) BT integration with my Galaxy S4, but I've always wondered what phone this is supposed to fit! Anyone?

It fits an adapter. The latest phone you can use it with is a Nokia 6310 Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
