When I bought my RRS I did not at first notice that the attachment was missing. I cannot comprehend why sellers keep it just to make another 110 pounds. Maybe I should go check the spare tyre is where it's supposed to be? RRS SC 2011 for fun

It wasn't on the car when I bought it. So why should I let the dealer have it for nothing ?

Exactly, I can't say I blame you! I even removed the mats from my D3 when I traded it in for my RRS. I would have removed the tow bar if I'd have had keys for it! I've got one on it's way to me now though, it's just the electrics I need. Current: Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE in Stornoway Grey

So it's not a standard piece of equipment? If that's the case then I'll withdraw my comment and just feel sorry I cannot have Gargy's hook delivererd to Spain. RRS SC 2011 for fun

If it's not standard spec then completely agree with keeping it an recouping some of the money. At current pump prices, It'll pay for a couple of tanks of fuel in you new steed. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

I dread to think what the cost would be................. I could find out if you think it might be viable. Obviously at your expense of course..... |

I wouldnt give the dealer nothing either, my local dealer wanted to charge me £150+vat to fit the wiring for my tow bar. The wiring was £140+vat.
