Enabling the FBH in South London

Hi,

Does anyone know who can enable the software for the FBH and remote control in South London (near Bromley)? I have fitted all the additional hardware but I need someone with the right diagnistic equipment to enable the Parked Heating and Timed climate. My local indie did not know wha I was talking about.....
