Wasn't there something on here recently about taking power from the overhead console lights?

Ah, my searches didn't find it but by hunting I did find Muddy's guide for hardwiring a blackvue that will work for me.

Someone also said "try searching for radar detection installations" and this one was perfect for installing in the camera using the switched live in the overhead console.

guys these camera's are a must ive just had a 2 month battle with a 3rd party insurer, i was hit side on and my van was a total loss, i sent the footage to my insurer who then never bothered to pass this on to the 3rd insurer so they disputed the accident, only when they sent the footage did they admit liability and payed out, without this £50 camera i would have to settle in court and probably 50/50 |
