I hope not otherwise all our soldiers who have been killed fighting for this or wounded have done so in vain. |

No they died fighting for freedom which is the right reason. We do have freedom of speech unfortunately there are countries that do not allow it. Go to Russia and critise Putin and you will find that there is no freedom of speech there. |

Not quite true. Read less western media tripe and look at some facts and you will see Russia is not what you imagine. When you have spent as much time in Russia and the regions as I have, you may take a different point of view. We could learn much from Russia. For one, they are not dominated by the fuzzy thinking, liberal, lefty PC crap we are all saddled with. Nor are they America's b!tch like we and the rest of the EU are. Learn something, start here to learn some basics. Then instead of hearing rumours about "what Putin said" through our biased media, read what he actually says. The man makes sense. If you want further reading, follow the links here. Plenty of Muslims in Russia, but they are generally not of the type we let flood mainland Europe with no checks (no free money there for a start). Which is in fact the problem France is faced with that caused the crisis they now have. And don't imagine we are too far behind. The Blair years opened our flood gates. All we have left is damage limitation. We of course feel for the French, but it is not a surprise. Even Enoch Powell predicted it. |

I guess I am a bit old fashioned in by belief and support for the UK and its allies but for all its warts and all there is still no place I would rather live.
