Low Battery Warning (From Tracker)

Have received two phone calls now for low battery warnings (checking that the car hasn't been stolen and battery disconnected)...

I appreciate that its been relatively cold in Scotland (but not super cold)....
- Think I should call LR for a replacement? Bear in mind that if the tracker battery is depleted, it needs to be replaced - not recharged.

Just can't face going to the dealer. Maybe a LR assist call. 2022 P440e AB

on an 06 (as per your profile?) or on a L494?

If on the 06, then probably a new battery wont go a miss! Bodsys Brake Bible

They will probably say it's because you're not driving many miles, it's cold, leaves on the tracks etc etc.

Did you get the dealer to fit the tracker? if so, go back to them if you're OK that you're driving enough miles to keep it charged up. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible

It gets a fair few miles... Well, average. 1000 a month.

Tracker fitted it.

Will be interesting to see if anyone else reports the issue.

thanks for your feedback. 2022 P440e AB

2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Zermatt Silver

There is a recall to replace the battery and battery tray to avoid chafing plus a couple of software updates.
