could anyone tell me what auto gearbox fluid and how much is needed, when doing a gearbox fluid change on a rrs 2007 2.7 v6 td

There are a few options now, for oil. Either genuine LR stuff (which is very expensive) or alternatives from Meyle or Ravenol

A drain and refill is around 4 litres

I recently brought the auto gearbox kit from Steve at advanced factors. It contains i think it was 10 litres of meyle fluid that disco mikey mentioned , along with plastic sump with built in filter.

Gave this to my local indy to do a double flush on the box.
