Hi guys sorry if this has been asked.

Are the tdv6 2005- bumpers the same as a 2005- supercharged bumpers?

Only asking as I have seen a few around the same age with fully colour coded bumpers and the front bumper looking abit beafyer and lower.

All the same size & shape but some have additional fittings.For example there is the additional cover for the ACC on some Sports & don`t forget not all RRS had the parking sensors & fog lights fitted as standard. You will need to find the same spec`d bumper. The HST bumpers are a different looking bumper but will fit straight onto a pre 2010MY Sport.

I must of seen a HST then as it just looked Abit nicer and colour coded haha.

I have front fogs and parking sensor etc so need to find one with all the extras then.

Do they bolt straight on using original screws etc?

The front fog lights on a HST are a different size to a HSE so the HSE ones will not fit, you will need the Bezels, Lamps and Fitting Kit that goes with the HST bumper, apart from that it is a straight swap. If you buy one of the Fog /Spot lamp Pod kits that are advertised on e-bay they have a pair of the smaller lamps and fittings in the kit however they do not have the bezels included. I think it was Marshall Land Rover which had these kits for sale recently at £24.99 + £5.99 delivery which is a very cheap way of getting the lamps. I know this because I bought a couple of the kits.

The Rear Bumper fits straight on however you will need a few other bits. There is a reinforcing plate which goes under the top edge of the bumper under the tread plate to support the top edge of the bumper. Due to the HST bumper being deeper you will need the extra extension brackets which support the lower edge of the bumper at the rear and lower edge of the wheel arch, you will also need the tailpipe trims.

I have fitted one of these body kits to a HSE and it really is quite easy provided you have all the bits, either new or second hand.
