I got mine serviced the week before last as I was almost at 15k and was about to start my new job (you know, the one with the FREE FUEL!!! )

It's the first service I've had to pay for in years as I have been buying cars from dealers that had already been serviced and selling them one year later. My service cost me just under £300. They didn't say I needed tyres or brakes. I reckon my tyres are going to last beyond 20K miles easily, I checked the depths and they are fine. I guess I need to wait till the brake pad warning light comes on to worry about those but I would hope that 30K out of them is not fantasy.

Selling or PXing yours now you will lose a bundle. I know mine has probably dropped £10K in 9 months, but if you ride the wave this will hopefully then peter out and stabilise a little later.

Keep the Faith. What other car has so much presence. I get more looks on the street in this than any other car I have driven. L319 D4 HSE

Hi Adam - Hope you're enjoying BA - as for service will need to be done at 12 months for me as doing low mileage and only covered 8400 miles now. But, an awful lot of this is local town driving which is very heavy on the tyres. As for changing ???? I would only change for another RRS - but a respray would be cheaper
