Whilst having the bonnet open this morning I noticed I had a split pipe, I assume its the intercooler pipe, before I order a new one can someone confirm.

Also is it an easy fix, I can see the top hose clip, I assume you have to remove the engine under shield to access the bottom hose clip

intercooler it is

you dont need to open the engine undershield. instead there is a plastic cover, held in place by 4 plastic expander clips. you'll find this cover on the drivers side, front wheel arch/front radiator location. it's very easy to remove the intercooler and replace. Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

Approx £40 or so from a dealer

Takes 20 mins to fit, there is a little plastic trim in behind the wheel. Once removed, access is good, and fairly self explanatory
