20" steel spare

Hi,
Just been looking at my spare wheel (prompted by RLD's wheel protectors for sale on the forum). I have what looks like a "skinny" spare wheel. I have 20" wheels on my RRS, does anyone know if "full size" (275/40x20) steel spares are available/worth it. I've had a look around online but can't find any.

Apologies if I've posted this on the wrong forum section .. wasn't sure.

OK thanks ... I had thought I had seen a few RRS's with what looked like normal size steel spares. My mistake or maybe earlier models pre 2010. 2016 L494 SDV6 HSE Dynamic Carpathian Grey
