I've not had mine re-mapped and I'm currently getting approximately 490 miles from one tank (which I'm extremely pleased with). Albeit there's not too much town driving. I don't drive it like I stole it nor do I drive it like Miss Daisy.

Yes you can remap a SDV6, but, your ecu has to come out and opened up. So its what they call a bench map. Mpg increase, possibly, but not much. |

Cheers Ady Not too worried about getting more mpg. However if I could increase the power and maintain the current mpg I would be very interested in re-mapping. I wouldn't mind a drive of a remapped SDV6 to compare. Not sure if there are any mappers up there in Scotland, but check out our site sponsors, Alive tuning and Bell autos. Both reputable companies and well respected on here. Keep us posted. |
