I am considering selling my car back to Land Rover as they have made me a decent offer. I wont be buying another car.

They have told me they can deal with the plate transfer as i currently have a private plate. Any one had experience of them dealing with plate transfers. For some reason i am highly sceptical of it going to plan.

Any advice for when selling back to them as well?

Get a letter from them confirming everything not just verbal. And make sure dealer principal and sales manager are all involved. Mistake I made when staring to negotiate when my car lunched itself. The form to transfer the plate is available on line so download it and fill out and give to dealer to sort. Take photo copies of all Dvla docs.  2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!

Sold my sport back to dealer in august and was much easier than trying to sell it privately.As mentioned get it all in writing before hand.
