Suspension clunck every now and then

Hi,any thought on my knock! I replaced the lower wishbones but I still have the same knock, the car rides without noise and can go up speed bumps without noise, but if the wheels go down into a pot hole or man hole lid the front end makes a cluck, I've had it back to garage that replaced the wishbones but they said there no play on any joints that would make this sound, could it be the mass damper, will these be fitted to my 05 supercharger ? Paul

Anti Roll Bar bushes perhaps...or the Anti Roll Bar drop links. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

It will be your lower steering U/j that is worn, I had this on a few now, its only noticeable after the arms have been changed. Not a big job, parts around £90.00

Flack Thumbs Up

hi Flack, do you mean U/J as on the bottom of the steering column or track rod end type joint?
