I used this http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/body...46088.html

I wouldn't buy Headlights and Tailights from them though. Just the body kit.

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

Loving the conversion it looks very nice. So nice I'm wanting to upgrade the look of mine too.

I've found this kit on eBay right here in the UK and I'm tempted to go for this.

What are your thoughts on this before I pull the trigger, my one concern is the headlights are copies and worried they may not look convincing or quality issues.
The rest I know is copied but it's just bodywork not electrics.

Item number : eBay Item No. 151317622355 RRsport 2.7 tdv6 HSE

Front end conversion is now done. Overall no regrets, I'm happy with conversion.

FYI:
Fenders (Wings) do not fit perfectly and so I plan to purchase factory fenders to replace these aftermarket ones. Spoiler I got with the shipment does not fit 06-09 models. I had to order new one from powerfuluk.

Spoiler and exhaust tips to be installed next week.

Also even though I got OEM AFS headlights I still get an error on the dash. :/ Could use all the help I could get to clear that error off the dash.

Hfraj,

You need to take the car to LR or a mechanic with the diagnostic kit so that they can carry out the headlights. I think they basically need to 'initialise' them so that they function correctly.

I had the same problem when I replaced the old OEM headlights. I thought they were plug 'n' play but I got the same warning light and the headlights didn't carryout the up/ down and left/ right auto check on start up. Quick trip to LR and the dealer sorted it out.

BTW the Sport looks very good Thumbs Up Cool

Took the car to a specialized LR shop who have access to Autologic. They tried to reset/initialize the headlights but it did not work.

The errors read:
"U1A38-87 Communication Malfunction of left actuator (missing a message)."
"U1A39-87 Communication Malfunction of left actuator (missing a message)."

In fact they tried to adjust the swiveling angles and height and weren't successful.

See Faults and Data below:

The Headlights part numbers are:

LR023559 & CH32-13W030-FA

They both say "AFS NA SPECS" which is identical to what my old set sticker says. See pictures below:
