I just cannot get my mirrors to dip in reverse!!

I go to settings, put in reverser, choose reverse dip, set them, but nothing happens when I change back to drive!!


I'm probally doing something stupid!

Someone help a Wally out!!!

What year model?

MY12 was done with the left/right mirror toggle button I think. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
MERCEDES GL350 - Metallic Navy Blue w/Grey interior

GOING: BMW F31 335D MSport+ xDrive Touring
GONE: Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE - Stornaway Grey w/Black Interior (wish we'd kept it )

on my 07 they just toggle on/off in the settings, the manual suggests the adjustment is done as part of the seat memory....

I believe you have to have the electric memory seats as well to make them work, after a few uses, the mirrors never return to where they should be, so a quick press of the memory 1 seat button returns everything back to how it should be 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater )))
