Door leather trim peeling away fix?

I am trying to fix my friend's 2008 TDV6 HSE door leather trim that are peeling away - he has helped me load with my L322 so wish to fix his while he is away and left his Sport with for storage for a few days.

would you guys have a few tips on fixing it rather than replacing it or at least the way to slide out/unclip the leather bits and glue them back in properly.

the 4 of them are peeling away on the edges.

thanks

Fixed it with neoprene glue after levering sightly the inserts with trim plastic tools.

As a matter of fact, non wood trim are plastic wleded and can not be slid out like the wood ones.
