Turbo gone?

So it seems to be one problem after another with this car, its got a damaged valve on cylinder 6 causing a misfire and now i think the turbos gone. Started it the other day and got loads of white smoke out the back there was only me so i couldn't rev it and look at the exhaust at the same time but the smoke wafting past seemed white in colour with no blue, when i rev it theres a whining noise that sounds like a supercharger! not the usual whistling noise im used to hearing when a turbo fails, ive read that unburnt diesel shows white smoke but this seems a bit excessive? anyone shed some light on this?

Much appreciated Thumbs Up

I'm sorry to hear this, I though you would have traded it by now after not hearing from you.
Before you condemn the turbo check to see if you have used any water as this can also cause lots of white smoke.
It could be somethg as simple as one of the egr coolers leaking into the exhaust.

Could be anything really, a/c compressor. Viscus fan, alternator bearing etc.
It is difficult to advice without seeing the car sorry

The noise could be coming from one of the belt tension bearings? MY2007 RRS TDV8 Black - tinted glass - side steps- stormer grille - 20" diamond cut alloys - alpaca leather - TV/DVD pack - some blingy chrome bits & bob's
