spruce up the interior!

Looking to wrap some of the interior dash trim to get rid of the stock grey that I think is a little lifeless. I don't want it to look too out of its comfort zone either.

Will be replacing the steering to the nappa version too.

Current interior is the almond beige and black exterior. Thought the piano black would go well and initially thought to cover all the bits that are easily done, that is; steering instrument panel, door pulls (below handle), air vents, "hockey sticks" and radio side panels including the top of the radio.

Choice is to do the steering instrument panel, door pulls and hockey sticks in black and the rest in silver or brushed aluminium, closely resembling a stock piano black interior. This would give some contrast

Alternative is to do the whole lot above in black as in the photo attached (except mine is not a black leather interior). Thoughts? 07 TDV8 + BAS map

I've walnut on mine with the cream, its tidy along with the silver but dated. So I'd like to get the wrap that is brushed steel for the silver and gloss black for the panels. But not sure.

Mines a black interior , with grey surrounds, changed all the grey to zebrano, worked out expensive but it was worth it, the only pieces I need now are the door pulls, waiting for them to be in stock

I thought about doing this a while ago & purchased some brushed aluminium wrap, which was really nice, only problem was that the grain was going the wrong direction and the roll wasn't wide enough to go the other way round to cover the full length of the door inserts.

Never got around to doing anything about it after that but will be interested to see your results....keep us posted with some pics please Thumbs Up

Thanks for the comments peachy and sparky i was in two minds about the door trims i think i may try some black vinyl on them first to see how it looks before i commit to having them painted
how about just painting the centre part of the gear selector that should just leave 2 silver strips Question Question
sparky have you had any luck with the LED DTLs mate if not would you be able to tell me what diameter they are so i can get some nylon to turn up and insert so less into it Thumbs Up
