Changing RRS for MY 2013 D4

I've just had a rush of blood to the head and px'd the RRS for a 1 yr old D4. Shocked
Although I've not posted much in here and lurked more here I've really enjoyed the forum and reading the wealth of knowledge posted on here.
So back to the Disco camp I go.
I've really enjoyed the RRS, it was such a step up from my pervious D3.
I loved the TDV8 engine and the noise it makes when you get it wound up, I'll really miss that.
The main reason for going back is the space and versatility the Disco gives with the 7 seats too.
Thanks all, I'll still keep reading here and I'll enjoy my last week with the RRS.

Thinking about doing the same thing myself actually. Very tempted, how different does it feel?

Not 100% sure SB as I get the D4 next week.

However, the Disco just suits us best at this stage in life.

Don't get me wrong though, the RRS I've loved, great car and after saying I'd never buy/own one I'm glad I have.

Young family and all that is main reason for change.

I personally think that the D4 is Land Rovers most versatile vehicle.

Good choice! Thumbs Up

I changed my 2010 RRS for a 2012 Disco a few weeks ago. I love the Disco, its more practical with two little kids and two dogs, and regular grandparent shifting too ! The interior is great ( its a "Luxury" model ). Love the three sunroofs.

My only gripe is the body roll it has in cornering - there's a lot more than the sport had ( that was a TDV8 with the heavier duty antiroll bar system ). I'm getting more used to it now but it doesn't inspire the road-holding confidence the RRS had, but its not that sort of vehicle.

The pro's definitely outweigh the cons for me Smile

Good luck with it.

Yeah I know I'm not going to be able to chuck it about in the roads like I can the RRS.

I will miss that a bit I think and also the kudos of the RRS.
