Hello everyone,I wonder if anyone can offer any advice/clues regarding a 2006 HSE with Harman Kardon highline audio(not logic7). At the risk of repeating previous posts, there is no sound coming from the stereo, or satnav. I have fitted and updated the software in a replacement amplifier, due to there being a recurring internal failiure code stored. Also, the phone module and audio head unit have had their software updated. I have tried the cars head unit in another vehicle and it works fine, so I think I can eliminate that now. Also, another vehicles phone module was tried with no success. I am now suffering with splinters in the ends of my fingers from scratching my head so much........any help/ideas greatly appreciated...many thanks in advance...Si..
Ps....Satnav works fine except no sound, so, as far as I can tell, the fibre optic(MOST) is functioning correctly.

When I changed my Bluetooth module, I had the same problem. The problem was I'd put the black scart like connector back in the wrong way round, the one with the little white locking lever on it. You could try swapping that round.

Thanks Bladeboy, sussed the problem yesterday. My fault completely, it was a software programming issue. Once programmed correctly all works ok. Doh!! Still, you live and learn......
