hi guys im a newbie member so go please easy , having just recently acquired a 2005 r/r sport 2.7 tubo diesel i was delighted but it has developed a engine sytem fault on dash with no power or kickdown , got my local garage to check out, its giving trouble codes of the following which no disrepect intended they dont seem sure of , any help appreciated guys , thanks in advance

1 PO405 exhaust gas recirculation sensor .a. circuit low
2. P132B turbo/ supercharger boost control -A- performance
3.P138E turbocharger boost control position sensor A - minimum
4. turbo/supercharger boost control solenoid - circuit range/performance

Sounds like your actuator is siezed/sticking spray it with lubricant and work it back and to silverRRS 2.7 TDV6 22"WHEELS FULL COLOUR CODE,STEPS,REMAP..gone

EGR valve issues in addition. Do you get an "engine system fault" message displayed on the dash on startup?

ok mate i will see about getting those sprayed with some lube thanks , and yes mike that fault comes on dash at start up does this mean theres an egr fault also then ?

That warning means you have a sticky turbo actuator

update so far the garage had jeep plugged in and given me a list of trouble codes but not actually done any work to it , not sure if they are scared of it or miffed at me asking on here for advise lol, so have taken it back as dont want it lying around a workshop any longer , im sure ill get someone who cares soon enough lol

The problem is that you plugged in the Jeep when you should have plugged in the RRS. No wonder you are not making much progress. Not many people want to work on Jeeps.  Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Well I can't say I blame them there mate hehe

replaced the big intercooler pipe on front left hand side of engine as it had started to split although it still has no kick down or power

are there any independant guys who can quote me a cash price to do this repair ? im in the glasgow area scotland, pm me with info please, cheers

Disco_Mikey is in your bit of the world - see his comment earlier in the thread.  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
