Rear near side door lock

Looking for some info guys,
Stopped car the night,wife and son behind driver seat all got out,
Son in rear near side could not unlock door,I had to unlock it from drivers seat using door switch,
Child lock not on.....any ideas guys......... Big Cry

Yep i had a faulty door latch on my 2007 & 2012 RRS. Luckily both covered under warranty. 2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography Cool
