My understanding is that there was a production SNAFU with the mounting brackets but I believe Pete from Land Rover confirmed it had been resolved. Mark

Dealer told me there was a problem with quality of the steps the metal strip on steps were held on with rivets that were rusting but he said its all sorted now new supplier 2016 bmw x5 40d m-sport space grey

It raises the question, who is doing the quality control inspection prior to full production of these parts? China Same bloke who is doing the quality control on the Red brake calipers. Come on JLR get your act together, these are all schoolboy errors that you might expect from a far lesser car company. Not a so called premium car company. |
