Powerfold mirrors

My drivers side Powerfold mirror refuses to fold in I've been told I need to buy a whole new mirror which is very expensive surely there must be a fix or a cheaper way to repair

Does it attempt to fold but fail to move or is it absolutely dead? If it's just really stiff and the motor is struggling then you can try a silicone spray between the fixed and moving parts of the mirror. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

It does try to move but just stops after a fraction, a gentle push and it closes and opens back up fine

Yeah this is the second time now I've tried the silicone lubricant so I think the mirror is dead, where would be the best place to purchase a new one CRB503140PMA, I'm new to all this only had the car two weeks already the wing mirror and door latch has gone.

Going rate seems to be about £200 (which is less than I guessed it might be) - might be worth checking with site sponsors such as Duckworth's. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
