I am in Switzerland and have recently tested a used RRS V8SC which was bought in 11/2012 in the UK (left driving though). I would be very interested to know what were the options available in the UK at this time, to check that I am not missing an important option that would come as standard in Switzerland...

For instance,
- I am not sure if there is a hydraulic stabilization system for improved cornering (but I was able to change the height of the vehicle).
- There was no power hatch

The power tailgate was first introduced in the UK in september 2011. So i'm guessing yours is a pre september 2011 model. Dynamic response as its known should be standard on 2011 > So i'm not sure exactly what model you have got there. Is it an HSE model?

I must admit I don't know if it's HSE... Here is the topix screenshot. I also wonder if I can carry anything on the roof, the official "gray card" says it cannot handle anything....

Spooky, have you gone the next step on Topix and selected the "other", this is not clearly marked but it is the small horizontal lines to the right of the print icon. On mine it opens up to show the full spec.

Thanks, yes I knew that.... But did it again (see below) and discovered that it is a 2010 model.... (Which indeed explains why no power hatch, as mentionned by ADY555)
But what I don't know is "which options are missing?" Is that those options which are labelled as "less DVD screen, less video player."?
Also can I put a roof rack or is it a special option that I am missing?
The engine reference says "5.0L OHC SGDI NA V8 GAS- AJ133"... Is it the SC version?

5.0 NA is not a Supercharged model...

That's weird this vehicle is sold as 375kW (=510 hp)!!! I will check this out with the vendor, thanks!

Also, under the Features section on the line "Series" the NA stands for naturally aspirated.

A build date of Feb 2009, with a warranty start of November 2012?

Navigation disc- USA???

Sounds like it is an American spec car, they offered the 5.0 normally asperated and a 5.0 supercharged , yours sounds like the former, which has been imported back to the uk . Strange!!

The vast majority of changes for the 2010 Range Rover Sport are indeed aimed at increasing its appeal to wealthy buyers seeking luxury and street performance. The most notable change comes in the form of two new direct-injected 5.0-liter V8s. The base V8 is rated at 375 horsepower, a significant 70-hp bump over last year's 4.4-liter V8. The supercharged V8, meanwhile cranks out a whopping 510 hp, a boost of more than 100 hp compared to last year and in the same league as the new BMW X5 M and Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Notably, fuel economy hasn't suffered as a result of the power increase (though admittedly, those mileage numbers are still quite abysmal).

The site also mentioned two variants the HSE and the Supercharged, what badge do you have on the back?

Even stranger, now imported to Swittzerland...
It'a HSE.

And the official paper says 375kW which means 510hp... Something is wrong here.
Could that be a mistake? I just realized the low spec version has 375hp... Did the registration authority confused with 375kW?

Quite possibly, but it is unusual for the Swiss customs to make a mistake! (I export a lot of fish to Switzerland , so know how pedantic they are!)

As I said above, the US spec cars in 2010 were only available in two guises, HSE and Supercharged, I would speak to your dealer to see what he actually sold you!
