United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

I normally over service anyway, but as Alive Tuning will probably tell you this remap is just releasing the potential that LR hold back. LR have to make the vehicles to be sold in all countries and that includes hitting some strict emission levels in some areas and also allowing it to run on "chip fat" through the Amazon in a 50 degree heat, and still be reliable - we have better quality fuel and conditions here in the UK so this remapping is just taking off this extreme limits. Driven in normal circumstances it should make no difference to reliability or servicing.

Alive Tuning might be able to explain this better though Very Happy 2011 RRS 3.0TDV6 HSE Santorini Black, black leather, 22" Calibre Altus black / polished wheels, full colour coded.

Jasper ham has pretty much explained about the hidden potential of all Land Rover engines. Indeed the 295hp remap option as mentioned previously (if indeed that figure is dyno proven?) is much the same as the current Range Rover Sport's 292hp, although the 3.0 will make so much more! It's not appropriate that we should wring its neck though, as reliability is paramount. We've never had a single issue with these engines, and for good reason too! We have the tools, resources, and equipment for us to understand how the engine works, and exactly how to manipulate the software for a silky smooth upgrade of power and torque.

There's a lot of tuning companies around nowadays, who can offer power upgrades, which can be done without too much knowledge of the way the engine works, but hardly any of them will have put in the development time or money to produce anything like what we have. There is a difference! Feel the difference... Feel Alive!

Our remapping for the 3.0 and 4.4 diesel engines is normally £495+vat.

I'd be prepared to offer this service to active forum members for £395+vat for a limited time. I would also be happy to discount for 2.7, 3.6, 4.2SC and 4.4 nat asp as well, all at £295+vat. Feel the difference... Feel Alive!

All 3.0 TDV6 and SDV6 ECU's have to be reprogrammed on the bench. We can install a device called 'Spiderboot' which will allow OBD Read/Write, but this still requires the ECU to be opened on the bench, so pretty pointless in all honesty. Feel the difference... Feel Alive!

@ Alivetuning do carry out diagnostic checks before applying the remap, what usually happens should you find any error codes?

DescriptionSpecificationsRangeRover Sport Remap upto 285bhp!

Using some of our special reprogramming equipment we can reprogram on the bench your cars engine management system to give you a higher output than the factory 245bhp.

We aim to give an extra 40bhp and 100Nm of torque which improves driveability considerably, taking the total power output to near 285bhp and 700Nm !

We will need the car leaving with us for half a day for tuning, diagnostics and road testing to complete the work.

With ALL of our remap work we offer a dealer diagnostic check and engine management software update service before we make tuning to make sure your car is up-to-date with Landrover's latest software patches, this is something that most companies don't offer!

As with all cars, BAS advise you follow a strict maintenance regime as advised by your car manufacturer, a correctly applied maintenance regime can make a difference to performance, reliability and in some cases economy. We advise you use genuine brand Landrover parts for all your maintenance. Changing the oil and filters on an even more regular basis than scheduled can also help towards a longer lasting healthier running engine.
We insist on a non restrictive air intake or induction system and an uprated performance intercooler to help maintain a cooler charge and air intake tempratures when cars are worked hard or for long peroids, worked at high rpm or speeds as well as used in hot countrys or conditions. High exhaust gas tempratures and air intake tempratures can reduce the life of the engine and related components if low tempratures are not maintained.

Look after your car and it will look after you!

For more information or to place a booking please email or call us on 08712884656.

Warning - The fitting of any performance part or power upgrade may affect the vehicle warranty and/or alter the vehicle type approval. For more information please contact your local Land Rover dealer. Also, we advise you to inform your insurance company if fitting any none standard parts or power upgrades.

Prices shown are excluding VAT. On checkout VAT will be added at the current UK rate of %20 where applicable.

Will a remap increase soot out of the exhausts on a SDV6 Question This happened on my 2.7 which really spoilt the overall experience of having it remapped. It drove a lot better but at night when a car was following you and you put your foot down, it didn't look good in my mirror and i'm sure it wasn't good for the vehicle behind. Whistle
