RRS Steering Wheel with Paddle Shift
As removed from my 2011 RRS HSE spec car, after circa 31K miles of use.
At removal, the wheel was fully functioning including menu, audio control, cruise control, & telephone/voice control buttons and the all important paddle shift controls.
Airbag not included.

Forgive me for asking a possibly really stupid question!

Would this work and fit on an MY11 HSE without Paddle Shift, e.g. normal command shift via gear stick?

Is it just a bit of electrical wizardry that uses paddles and would the wiring be in existence on mine and it's a simple plug in jobbie?

Whilst I'm not fully qualified to confirm the technical compatibility, I believe its a plug and play item and an activation in the computers CCF. Gets more complicated if the vehicle is earlier than MY'10. Search function is your friend  2016 VW Golf GTD DSG
