Depends on who you talk to or which release you read. I suspect it may not be revealed until the LA show in November (although possible appearance at Salon Prive in September?), which would make 1st deliveries mid 2015.

Don't know, but the 1st gen supercharged did 8:55, Cayenne Turbo 8:34, shows how good 8:14 is.
