Feel I owe it to Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool to commend the superb service I have received from them since buying my Sport in September.

The experience when buying from start to finish was great, Steve Langley is great to deal with alongside the rest of the team up there.
No pushy sale and they will give you all the time you need to talk/think etc..

Also my main reason for writing this is their after service is sensational.
The car is currently with another dealer in London for some warranty work - for which the warranty company won't pay for one excuse or another.
Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool have agreed to pick up the costs and be invoiced in full for the work so it won't cost me a penny.

Think you would struggle to find another dealer as good as these.

I live in London but Liverpool will now be my first port of call for anything Land Rover related (service, repairs and vehicle upgrade).

Funny that, Hatfields Liverpool were by far the dearest quote I received for a service I have just booked, cheapest main dealer was £248.00 less for the identical 4yr service as recommended by LR UK.

Obviously sales department much better than the service dept.

and further more, four other main dealers did not even return my calls and emails I sent them requesting a price. Current Volvo XC90 R Design T8

And there's my local dealership who emailed to tell me my RRS's MOT was due and needed to be booked ASAP. That was a full two months before the MOT fell due. I guess business is a bit slow for them at the moment... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
