Maybe a bit of a strange choice here, but I always thought that Hannah Spearritt from SClub was very nice. Again, it's the eyes. I think she was a match for Rachel.

What about Faith Hill? For those you don't know, she's a singer. Sort of Shania Twain crossed with Celine Dion with a slighly country music edge. The album 'Breathe' is very good.
